PORK STANK: This is a flavorful all-purpose pork rub that is more sweet than hot. Great on ribs, pork chops, ham, and pork butt. Make a marinade by mixing one cup of warm apple juice with one quarter cup of rub to marinate your meat or inject directly into meat. Recommended use for dry rub is one tablespoon to one pound of meat. Some people even use it on fish.
