OLIVE OIL DIPS-CHIMICHURRI: This is a rich, complex, and delicious blend that is SALT FREE. Once mixed it can be used as a marinade for beef, chicken, or pork. It can be spooned over grilled meats or cooked fish or over pasta. To make a sauce, add 1 cup of red wine vinegar, 1 tablespoon of fresh minced garlic, 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes, 2 tablespoons of our seasoning, two thirds of a cup of extra virgin olive oil and 1 cup of fresh parsley.
